Hey, I liked the "My Aunt is Rich" storyline.
Seriously though, I'll admit that the writing has gone downhill since the debut.
Well it's hard to keep up the intensity during a series. That's one of the reasons "Desperate Housewives" got a re-boot by moving five years into the future.
I notice there is no mention of aunts or cousins this season so it seems like Madbaggins is trying something similar...

I'm not surprised MB is at it again. He fall in love with a woman with every full moon the sly dog. Come on, MB leave some for the rest of us! Mainly because I don't think there are many here who would want to have your sloppy seconds.
If we've learnt anything it is that his cousin is crazy. When she finds out she's be up to her crazy antics. Looking forward to her seducing the older woman and then the predictable and inevitable point where MB falls in love with her again and starts banging are again. It's just like JD and Elliot from Scrubs, at least once a season they have to knock boots.

Hi Scott. She moved here nine months ago, yes, but it was about a month before we first talked and it took a while for us to get to know each other. We moved slowly and that is why I'm more confident about this relationship than any I have had before. We have only been officially "dating" for about two months. Yes I had talked to her quite a lot by the end of my last thread here (and even talked to her about some of the shit that was going on in my life. In fact, she set me straight about a few things and pointed out some of the mistakes I was making in my life.) However, I did not mention her here because frankly there are SOME on this board (a very small minority) who make fun of the people in my life when I talk about them and even some who have tried to track down their facebooks and cause them real life troubles. Like I said, it's a SMALL minority and most here have been nothing but supportive (and thanks for the Private Messages from everyone who sent them after I posted this, it's appreciated.)
As for money, I've got a better job at the gym now and it pays well. I'm still involved in wrestling and have done some work for a local company. I've trained a bit more too (you really don't know anything about wrestling if you think it's acting and weight lifting...do you think they do the moves without training? Do you think there's no risk of injury? Or were you just being mean?) and still have a dream of becoming a wrestler someday. But if it never happens then I'm happy in domestic bliss with my girlfriend (yes, I'm pretty much living with her as of now.) Oh, and my aunt ended up giving my mom some money and some of it trickled down to me.
Well, I'm off to play Wii with the kids, see you guys later!

Way to go, MadBaggins. Congrats on your maturity and your finding love. You give me hope. (All the good ones my age are taken! One has to pick the apple directly from the tree.)
I am the same age as your girlfriend and Return of the Jedi is also the first Star Wars I saw in a movie thatre. I have no kids and have never been in a long-term relationship, so how different would I be from a younger man at the same stage in his life? Your case is different, I grant you. But what matters is that you hit it off.
Plus women in their 30s are more interesting than younger and more inexperienced women, of course. Sure, you can say the same of men, but if she finds you sufficient, good for you. If commitment and raising children doesn't make you panic, you're better than a lot of 30-year-old guys who think it's the end of their lives. They think their fun is over. Whereas a 30-year-old woman is really the best sexual partner, to begin with. And wise and seasoned. Not to mention that 30 is the new 20.
Anyway, if there is no pressure on you to give her children, since she already has them, then should that beautiful love story end, you have a way out.
But Keep in mind that couples with no disparities run into about as many snags as odd matches. (If you qualify this as an odd match.)
The way you present it, it seems like you two (or 4) have a good chance of making it. I just hope she believes in it as much as you do. That may be the bigger hurdle. Is she afraid that you may leave her in the future, when she starts ageing faster than you? Or doesn't she look that far ahead? At this point in her life, I think she can afford it and deserves it.

You didnt mention that she had a Wii. I think I am starting to see your ulterior motives.
That's one of the reasons I consider this a "re-boot". Perhaps there will be some flashbacks? Hopefully not too many though. Flashbackitis was one of the reasons I stopped watching "Lost".

And the retconning begins. Among the things you two crazy lovebirds talked about, did you mention that you were still banging your cousin at the time? You started talking to her in February, and were nailing your cousin until at least late May, so there's 3+ months of overlap where we're supposed to believe you were working on romancing this older woman all the while the Season 3 exploits were going on (with the cousin-fucking, doing the girl in the bakery, the pretend Christianity, the fake-homeless girl Kate, and your arrest after Stunning your cousin and almost killing her)? If you were persuing the older woman while all this was going on, she's either VERY down on her luck, has HUGE issues, or you've slipped a few lies into the story you told her...

Of course there is a risk of injury. There's a risk of injury when I cross the street to check my mail, however. At least in that example, it's really me getting my mail. With wrestling, it's athletic actors playing out a script. Not really much of a sport when you plan out a fight ahead of time, who is going to win, when you should cut yourself with a razor blade to fake "battle damage", etc.
If you stuck to your original timeline, maybe "domestic bliss" makes sense, but as of this post, you've only really been dating 2 months. You've moved in, are a happy family (with kids), and everything is great? Yeah, can't see any flaws in this one. Thankfully, you make great money sweeping the floors at the gym, so you'll be all set. That come with medical insurance? Does she let you have your homeless friends over to play wii?

Contnuity isn't always on MB's side. Maybe the "mother" is older than she says? Maybe the daughter isn't really a daughter but an adopted niece?
Plenty of "outs" for it to happen.
