I'm dating an older woman!

Thanks for the replies and well wishings.

Too bad the original post couldn't have been done as a Star Wars type scroll.

The Saga continues!

Ye ask, and ye shall receive.

That's cool, but why did it turn my youtube chinese? I hope it's not a virus.

The sex is great. I want to spend the rest of my life with her, even if she'll be 60 when I'm 50. I don't even care about that.

Does anyone here date an older woman?

I did, she's 18 years older than me, two daughters from previous relationships, one the age of my youngest sister.

We have a kid, but she (my ex) had a few issues of her own that she decided to resolve by dumping me. Fun while it lasted, can't complain that I'm now a father either :techman:

WOW, 18 years older, that's hardcore. I salute you.

Hugo - actually seeing someone 10 years younger than him...

Out of curiosity -- didn't you once say that you were asexual?

Maybe he is...A SEXUAL BEAST!

hmmmmTBBS posters seem to become more and more like the SA goons every year.

Are SA posters people who act like jerks?

If your are willing to go into this with your eyes wide open, seeing both the consequences and opportunities for all involved, then I wish you the best of luck! :techman:

Thank you for this kind post, Shaw. We didn't rush into things at all. We really got to know each other before anything phsyical happened. I was helping her out a lot after her husband left before we really clicked. I don't think I have to worry about the husband either: she married him young because she was pregnant and told me he was never a very good husband. They'd spilt up and got together a couple of times before but this time it's for real. She's even going to file for divorce soon. I've only ever seen him once since: he came round to see the kids without making an oppointment first when I was looking after them. I told him to get lost! He looked angry but a few of my friends were there and he wasn't going to try anything and he left. Haven't seen him since.

OMG, from out of nowhere rides... MadBaggins!!!1!

Good to see you back, Baggy!

It has to be said that he usually lives up to his sig, in a semi literate kind of way.

For people who haven't read his earlier threads... you really should. From start to finish. You will be rewarded. In short: he posed the question, should he go at it with his cuz. The response mainly was "God, no!" He went at it with his cuz anyway. Laff riot ensued, with us commenting from the sidelines. ANY question he asked, we replied to, and all advice he then ignored, which led to some astounding sequences, like the time he gave said cuz (who's a few bricks short of a pallet) a Stone Cold Stunner. Really, he invited a whole lot of trouble down on his head, epsecially when we advised him to take another path. So for some of us, it's like the next season of MB Adventures!

My proposal, at the time, was to turn it into a musical, or possibly an opera.

Comedy Gold.

And when someone said about the SW scroll, I could hear the theme. And Flux delivered it exactly. Good work, you!

My longest relationships were all with older women, and my wife is older. Older women are definitely better in just about every way.

RAMA

Older women are great ... and not just for the two reasons most of you guys are thinking about. Of course, at my age NOW, dating an older woman would mean she'd be about ... dead.

I'm all for love and happy endings, so congrats!

ADDENDUM: Fiction or not, it's a better topic than most.

I must be the only one here who doesn't find these posts absolutely fascinating, but meh, this one was more interesting than the cousin ones.

In any case, I can't say I've ever been all that interested in any woman much older than me, nor any one much younger (given that I'm 21, that would be a touch too creepy). They've all been the same age as me, which I'm going to say is probably not too surprising for a college student. The girl I like now is exactly two weeks younger than I am. The last girl I liked was a month and a half older. Now that I think about it, that is a bit odd...

Ever hear of Google?

Yes but just reading up who he is isn't going to make it funny to me, you have to be fully aware of who he is and what he does beforehand to find it funny.

Another joke that passed me by. Must be the hangover.
Don't worry I didn't get it either, probably because I don't even know who Ted McGinley is.
You guys must have missed the first three seasons of the Madbaggins saga. Run a search, they're probably still around.

Erm no I caught them, like I said, I don't know who Ted McGinley is.

Hilarious, but the writing goes up too fast.

Cool. I had sexual relations with an older woman once, but no relationship.

Its not THAT odd. My mom is ten years older than my dad.

Its not like you're having sex with your cousin or anything...

just to highlight the early plot hole (usually takes at least a couple posts for you to REALLY contradict yourself):

This woman moved in 9 months ago, and her husband left after a couple weeks. That's what you said, correct? Meaning, the beginning part of your story happened in January, or early Februrary at the latest?

Same problem with 'time' you have in all of your 'Dear Redneck Penthouse' stories. You condense and overlap them so that each ALMOST works by itself, but highlights the others as lies if you say them together. Since in that time, we've had stories of cousin-fucking, cousin-hating, and cousin-fucking again, with interludes of trying to steal your aunt's money, faking religion, trying to nail a 'fake' poor girl at a soup kitchen, and pissing blood after taking classes to be a pro wrestler (well, the WWE kind, not actual wrestling, so really just acting classes combined with weight lifting), well...

For example, makes sense that you'd meet her, get more serious meet the kids, etc. Problem is, with your story timeline, a lot of that happened while you were FAR too busy fucking your cousin, or getting fired from your bread-baking job. That last thread ended a mere 4-5 months ago, not the 9 you said, so there's a 4-5 month overlap in stories. Don't get sloppy trying to retcon a new character in and pretend she was always there... ;)

Where's all this money coming from, anyway? What's a woman with 2 kids see in you as far as prospects go? She's got 2 kids to take care of, a third seems like a lot of work...

Well, it's a lot harder than that, but the idea is still rather comedic.

The way I see it, Star Trek isn't the only franchise that's being rebooted/reimagined...

If Abrams can do it, so can MB! :bolian:
