I'm back. tell me what the trekbbs has been like over the last 10 years.

I use to go by just Jayson. Problem is I haven't had much access to the internet over those years because of money problems. I have forgotten my old password and even my old email address. Hell i'm not even sure it exist because I think it was a AOL account it's been so long since I was a regular. Anyways I was wondering what things have been like here since then.

As for me I guess I can tell you some things that have happened to me. I lost my job as a newspaper bulk carrier because I had a panic attack and had to go inpatient and I got fired. I now get disability for that and my ocd. I gained alot of weight. I was fat then but worst now. Starting to walk again to try a loose it but it will take time. Still a virgin. Kind of stoped looking for love because of my issues. I also lost my only two friends. Both married and I have lost contact with them. Got to admit I missed this place because it was alot of fun here and one can only watch so much tv before you go a little stir crazy. Anyways I can't wait to became part of the community again.

Were you by any chance a member of TerranBBS or EFCL? In that case I can retrieve your old email address from the boards' database backups.
There was a big pruning of dead accounts some time around 2004 (or 2003??), so that your old Trek account wouldn't exist anymore. It's a lot of fun to go through the ranks again and making new friends. I'm myself on round #2 atm
And don't worry about the weight - walking is a very good first step (pardon the pun) and will get easier every day. And don't get disheartened if at first you gain weight: that's just because you build up muscles and these are heavier than fat.

I don't think I was part of those groups. The thing is I did notice my old account is still on here I just didn't know how to access it. When I tried to sign in it did send my new password somewhere but it could be space for all I know. Maybe bill gates has it.
