Best thing to do is get an industrial-strength blender, then feed the lamb head-first (they're a little wiggly and noisy if you try it feet-first), and it takes several sessions, but, voila, liquid lamb!

Oh, and run the liquid through a strainer first, to get the hair and bone out first.

Some well-meaning soul recommended I skin and de-bone the lamb first before putting it in the blender...but that's no fun.
