This is the 2005 Edition. Have there not been any updates to the form over the last 13 years?
Uh, the form has check boxes for names like Chibnall, Ryan, Graham and Yazmin which would date it as 2018.
We need a Star Trek form now.
It's just a big sheet with a checkbox for each show and movie and the boilerplate "_____ isn't real Star Trek"
100% agreed. The Cult o' 1/10 folk and the cult o' 10/10 folk all have their own respective versions ready to go.
(I'm certainly not part of the latter, and sadly not part of the former since I've pointed out the occasional bits that are genuinely good in amongst the treacle, and rating some stories more than 1/10 - an obvious disqualifier, go figure.)
