I chose Hero Outside the Law, because it's the closest one to what I'd do.

I wouldn't openly be a "hero". I'd want people to think I was just a regular guy who was very tough. If you had the strength and reflexes of Spiderman, say, you could use them when needed but there would be no need for you to put on some kind of suit. People would just think you were Bruce Lee or something. If I had other more overt powers I would just use them secretly.

Similar with me. I'd find something worthwhile to do, like pulling cars off the road after an accident, or assisting after natural disasters. I'd disguise myself while in action and then disappear afterward, to avoid harassment. No fancy costume, no posturing, and no codename of "Stupendous Man" or whatever.

And the only time I'd beat anyone up is if they broke into my house.

Most super powers are useless if you want to be a 'hero':
Will you listen to police radio and run, trying to catch the thief with your telekinesis/pyrokinesis?

If you go to the government, it's quite likely that a cigarette smoking man will put you in a cell and play dr Mengele with you, in order to see how you tick.
Either that, or you'll essentially become a killer working for the government.

Sadly, the only situation when physical powers come in handy would be if you want to rob a bank, etc - villain mode.

Only if you assume that Hero = Colorful Costume and Codename. The original list was too restrictive.
