Aside from the obvious activities everyone has mentioned I'd like to ride shotgun in some of my favourite novels. Not necessarily take part in them or anything but just witness them firsthand.

Other activities would include piloting all sorts of planes, driving race cars, orbital skydiving, piloting an X-Wing Fighter etc...

I'd use objective mode a lot, where I can observe and control the program without being noticed or affected. I'd create sexual situations to watch rather than having sex with holo-characters, play elaborate games by creating characters rather than portraying them myself, etc.

To be completely honest, I would be far too embarrassed to do something nasty with the poor holograms. I would probably go Mary Sue on them, but in a platonic way. Giving your favourite hologram a little kissie is okay, but as to the rest.... I don't think my boyfriend would approve.

That sounds good, too. The Book of Lists asked several well-known people what five events in history they'd like to have witnessed. Barbara Walters said she'd like to have seen a real Roman orgy -- to watch, not to participate.

I think I'd make up my own holo-novels. Stuff that's a bit more interesting than Fair Haven I'd think...

Inserting myself in my favourite movies, books or tv shows would probably be a bit unsatisfying I guess. Don't Mary Sue characters ususally drag a story down?

Stuff like flying would rule as well.

Would you guys "resurrect" people who have passed away? Often there are situations when I'd like to discuss something with my father who died a few years ago, but since it would be fake I doubt I'd try to "bring him back".
