If the Genesis Planet had been more stable...

In Star Trek 3, four people (David Marcus, Kruge and two other Klingons) died on the surface of the Genesis Planet. Considering the entire premise of the movie was that Spock was dead but resurrected by the Genesis effect -- could the four other dead folks have been resurrected too, if there had been enough time prior to the planet disassembling itself?

I even found a Youtube animation, made for comedy purposes only, that suggested even Khan had "Genesis effected" back to life after the Reliant explosion (somehow with his memory intact), managed to make his way to where Kirk and party were hanging out, but just missed Kirk and Spock beaming out before he died again when the ground gave way. Interesting thought. :)

It might well be that the actual Genesis effect had petered out during Spock's resurrection already (failing to complete that task, btw!) and would not have affected later arrivals at all. Certainly we failed to notice anything odd happening to the characters who did spend time there, other than the early arrival Spock of course.

But they were also on the coffin which landed while the Genesis Effect was still in operation.

Anything that passed through the Genesis Effect was impacted, but I'm not aware of any evidence that anything was impacted once the initial effect stabilized.
