Or Capt. Benteen from that DS9 two-parter about the attempted coup on the UFP government. I'd really like to see that character redeemed/rehabilitated. After all, she was pretty-much just a pawn being manipulated by Admiral Leyton.

Captain Harris of the original Excalibur NCC-1664. In the pre M-5 debacle of course...Pretty much a TOS open slate, with patrols on Romulan Neutral zone, etc..
