If any Marvel movie crossover were possible

True. Then again Jennifer Lawrence looks great as Katniss in "The Hunger Games" who I believe is supposed to be 14 or 15. People were concerned that she wouldn't be able to pull off the look.

Not quite Future Foundation... I think a film team up of Spidey and Johnny Storm would be great. Those have been some of the best books Marvel has put out in the last 10 years. just plain FUN.

I know Val is ten years old...but Chloe has played young characters before. Hit-Girl is supposed to be ten or eleven years old herself. So it's not a stretch (no pun intended) for her to play Val. Plus I think she'd be able to handle all the techno-babble while still be convincing in the role.
More like four years old, actually; hence my post about Moretz being ten years too old. CGI is the only way. :)

Val is actually more around ten...Franklin is supposed to be twleve or thirteen. Although their ages continually are in a state of flux (especially depending on the artist..sigh) so it's hard to tell. They'd most likely get an unknown to play Val if they ever did a Future Foundation film.

I'd want love an adaption of Annihilation. You'd get Nova, Silver Surfer, Galactus, Thanos, etc. That would be awesome! If it did well, then they could follow up with Annihilation: Conquest and spin-off films for Nova and the Guardians of the Galaxy (modern day version).

But folks, I seriously doubt they'd be able to pull off the whole Dark Phoenix storyline with the Shi'Ar in the movies. Maybe SHIELD are the ones who want her terminated instead of the Shi'Ar.

I always felt that they could've done Dark Phoenix for the movies without going totally cosmic. Instead of a sun with a populated planet, she eats a nuclear power plant and destroys a nearby city instead. Instead of the Shiar and the Imperial Guard, it could be the government/military and a team of government mutants (X-Factor?). The story would be essentially the same, just scaled down to terrestrial levels.

I mean, Joss Whedon has already essentially adapted Uncanny X-Men #135-136 in the last 4 or so episode of Buffy season 6, so I know that it could've been done and done well.

From Fantastic Four 570, Jonathon Hickman's very first issue as writer of the main Fantastic Four book, after writing the 5-issue Dark Reign mini...

Valeria Richards, to her father Reed at bedtime...

"Besides, I'm three years old-- it's important for me not to spend time thinking about things like that. Night!"

She could possibly be four by this time, although no there was no mention of her birthday passing like there was for Franklin's, but she is nowhere even close to ten. Ten is actually around what I figure Franklin's age to be.

The art at times makes them book look older. But yeah I guess she is four or five. My bad. I concede the point :)

And given a small bit of internet research, I am willing to concede the point that Franklin may be twelve rather than ten, but my guess at this point would actually be eleven.

When Franklin was in Power Pack, all of the characters ages were specifically noted. Alex was twelve, Julie was ten, Jack was seven, Katie was five and Franklin was four. Now according to Fantastic Four/FF and Avengers Academy, Alex is now nineteen and Julie is seventeen. Ergo, seven years have passed sine the Power Pack book ran its course. 7+4=11.

Now it's possible the birthday we recently saw was Franklin's number twelve, but I'm still going with eleven.

Another obvious thing is that Val acts a lot older than her age (as does Franklin at times) so it is difficult to determine...and as you mentioned Turtletrekker she hasn't had a birthday yet on Hickman's run. Yeah Alex I think was 18 when Reed recruited the Pack into Future Foundation.
