Ideas for my Trek/Dr. Who Crossover

Yeaah, the idea is that the Emperor mutant grows larger than the standard "drones", so his life support casing must accomodate his larger bulk (which we are assume is neural tissue). The "ball" upon "skirt" design came from the vintage "TV21" Dalek comics published in the mid to latter 60s.

Sincerely,

Bill

Yep, that's my version 6 model of the STXI Enterprise. :) Glad you like the Defiant... that was a fun one to build. :)

As for the Emperor Dalek... man, that guy has a big head! :)

Unlike the chess piece emperor or the pickle jar emperor, this emperor, not only predated the others, but also was pretty charismatic, and he could move about and, what I liked most, he actually fought alongside his subordinates in battle, and was good at it, this guy was no wimp. :bolian:

Now for my Trek Story, if this was live action or animated, I picked an opening theme. I can't explain it, but it would be like this: Just remove the vocals, use the first 30 or 40 seconds of TOS and , bam, use the instrumentals from the song, and it would work. And it would show the ship traveling about the stars, like the Voyager did.

Or musics like these, minus words, of course.

Orchestrated would not work with the anime like feel my series would have. The musics would have a more techno dance style vibe. You get the idea.

How does "Star Trek: The Next Phase" sound?

Anyhow, I am gonna have the ship and uniforms picked, depending on what era I go for, still got some choosing and stuff to do. If anyone has some good hallways, bridges, and rooms for a ship, both Starfleet and Klingon/Romulan, that works in Daz Studio, that would rock, same goes for the aforementioned Emperor Dalek. :bolian:

As a request/suggestion....would love to see some Mirandas made....that are NOT the Reliant, for a change. ;) :p

Well, in "Remembrance of the Daleks," where we saw the heavy weapon version, Davros himself seemed to be morphing into something similar, before we saw him with Tennant's Doctor looking more like he did originally, right down to having artificial fingers after having them blasted away in "Resurrection of the Daleks." Now, we saw a civil war between the Daleks with the second Doctor, which according to one pre-reboot book--was supposed to be the end of them.

I figured the Dalek rift began with Resurrection, continued through Remembrance, with Davros becoming Emporer, finishing in the civil war we saw in the second doctor's run in with them...

I don't know much about Dr Who but the Bernice Summerfield spin off is cool - how about her showing up at some stage?

Don't forget Evil of the Daleks.

Here's another practice shot, using the Defiant, and also showing off one of my own ways to make a torpedo effect.

 If you take ship requests, could you make a Miranda in a similar style to this Defiant?

Nice Render. :)

Sure, I can put it on the list, anyway. :) I've got a couple of things I want to build up after my Galaxy, though. :)

Love Star Trek. Love Doctor Who... Hate crossovers.

That said. Cool pics. Great take on how women SHOULD look and dress:alienblush:---- in Star Trek... :mallory:

The nu-Enterprise getting pissed on was tasteless. I quite enjoyed it!

And how anyone see's a Dalek as a phallic symbol is only seeing what they really want to see- a cock.

My crossover is very subtle. Mainly Daleks in the Trek universe, and a few other characters from Dr. Who will be seen.

Glad you like my crew, as I said, I'm trying to do an anime twist on Trek, and the crew is no exception. Also, not giving away too much, but you'll see some characters from early TOS in these comics, as well. ;)

Heehee, I am using that pissing shot for a contest on the Daz forums for a funny moments in Trek contest. :bolian: i'm even thinking of having the comics start with the opening sequence of Trek, but in the JJ setting.....and we see the JJ-prise coming, then we'd hear the sound of someone taking the needle off a record abruptly, and my crew's ship zipping by, smacking into the JJ-prise, causing it to go flying off the screen, and three or four pissed off Klingon or other alien vessels chasing our heroes' ship

I always felt Daleks were more shaped like salt shakers or traffic cones. And if someone's phallus had a series of bumps on it, one should be concerned . And if someone's in the mood for phallus, Cassy, the redhead will take care of that.....that's all I'm going to say about her, so I'll leave it to one's imagination. :p

If all goes well, I can get the comic going sometime next year. I just want to get all the designs and ideas firmly established, and I got several 'seasons' of stories already planned.

Now, keep in mind that this is going to have a pretty good dose of anime flavor to it. Here's an example of what I mean. Here's a set of pages done by a fellow who I know as Aikofan, who made a Trek comic, albeit a naughty one :rommie:. I took the clean, non-naughty pages to show that an anime based Trek comic can done. I do wish I could find similar uniforms to what Aikofan used for these pages. (And the story were never completed, so don't ask me for the remainder of the comic.)

I'll look forward to showing off my own stuffs once things get going.

Once I pick either the TMP or TNG era, it will make things go easier and faster. I think I'll make a set of pictures, various scenes and things happening, and I'll do a TMP version and a TNG version, and perhaps make a poll and see what folks here would like to see.

Either way, I STILL need to find TMP/TNG style hallways, rooms and bridges to use, something that I can use in Daz Studio. So if anyone has ones I can use, I'll be very grateful.:bolian:

It looks to me that the negotiations were shorter than expected!

Interestingly enough, I had my own idea for a Trek/Dr. Who crossover, though much different than the idea's that you came up with. My idea stems from that time when the Daleks end up in the 25th century. But they fail to manage to gain control of Earth through intermediaries like in the Dr. Who timeline, due to accidentally ending up the Trek timeline, where Earth's goverment is much more stable, and it doesn't take long for Starfleet Intelligence to catch wind of their activities.

The result is that they attempt to take Earth by force using a revived armada, intent on making it their new capital to conquer the rest of the galaxy from, but are met by a Starfleet armada, and when it becomes clear that the Daleks don't want to negotiate or coexist with the Federation, or anyone else for that matter, a massive battle results.

Obviously however, such an idea would require the designing of a whole new generation of starships, with the exception of the Congo class, which is the Enterprise-G.

I'm going to keep mine stuff within either the TMP or TNG times, since , apart from a few of my own creations, it would be overwhelming to create totally new designs and so on.

I honestly can't blame you. As fun as it probably would be to create a whole new generation of starships, it would most definitely be time consuming. I doubt a single person could even take on such a project alone.

It might be a fun idea for me to pursue in the future, if others were to share interest, but considering that I don't even have a 3D modeling program... I'm doubtful that either of my laptops would have enough memory anyhow.

Here's a TNG era shot of Cassy and Soola in some hanger bay, maybe some Space Station or alien vessel. Things are a little bit more liberal on my crew's ship, the crew can add a few of their own quirks to their uniforms, whichever ones I'll end up using.

And here's a younger Cassy with her adopted family. She was found by her Native American parents when she was a baby, and they raised her in the old ways.
