to see 2 episodes or so of DS9 or VOY where we see the DS9 and Voyager crew mingle together, chat, we could actually see Wildmans husband. Of course this means we would see the original crew so no Torres, Chakotay, Tuvok. But it would have been nice to see more of the Original CMO, Stadi, Cavit, the original unseen Chief Engineer before they died 15 minutes into the show. We could have even seen Janeway on the Defiant or Sisko on Voyager. So many missed opportunities.

There's always the expanded universe. The TOS, TNG, DS9 and Voyager characters (and more) often run into each other in novels, comics, video games...

I've long thought that "Voyager" and "Deep Space Nine" had far more in common with each other than with TNG, and longed for a crossover.

I think Seven would have fit perfectly onto DS9 after Voyager returned home. She and Ezri Dax would find so much common ground, with their identity crises, their guilt over things done in past lives, and both having replaced a previous friend of the other officers on their ship/station

They could have done a flashback episode, set when Voyager was docked at DS9 at the start of its run. Most of the main players would have been available. Probably not Avery Brooks, because he would've had hair when Janeway met with him, and maybe not Terry Farrell either. But maybe Janeway could be seen meeting with Kira, or possibly getting briefed on the latest Maquis activity by Odo.
