I would die..for you!

Buffy Summers.

WTF?!?!?!!! Did you see any of Season 7? The whole theme that year seemed to be, "Buffy is a bitchy, self-righteous, incompetant leader."

Now, maybe I would throw my lot in with Angel, but after what he did to Lindsey in "Not Fade Away," I'm not so sure.

I stick by my answer & I did see season 7. At the end of the day her crew was alive...Spike I would follow to...things work out for him.

[edit] Most of her crew...

Bill Pullman's President in "Independence Day" (sorry, can't remember the character's name at the mo')

Joy

He was good wasn't he?? I have always love Boxlieter as an actor and wish he would have been more than a guest star on HEROS...

He's so underrated!:( It's a shame he had to take that part in "Transmorphers 2", but actors sometimes have to take what they're offered.

Tavi - Gaius Octavian, Son of Gaius Septimus, Son of Gaius Sextus and the uncrowned first lord of alera...

TV: Malcolm Reynolds, though I do admire Admiral Adama as well.

Kirk never led a pack of raging Klingons onto a Romulan fleet, nor have I seen the Enterprise come screaming down through atmo to help the boys on the ground (though the Titan Manuever in the recent movie was pretty cool)

Movies: Malcolm Reynolds. :p

Joy and Kes: The President in ID4 is Thomas Whitmore. Who I'm sure is on Mt. Rushmore in that universe by now. :)

I'd follow any leader who stands besides his troops on the frontline because it says something about their style of leadership.

This includes many already mentioned.. Aragorn (storming towards the enemy as a "last" act of defiance), Sheridan (almost invented "leading from the front" ;)), Adama (muthafucka got shot in the chest, his ship got hammered by nukes repeatedly and he led a suicidal assault against the enemy base.. doesn't get much more hardcore than that) etc.

Padme Amidala and her children, Luke Skywalker and Leia Skywalker Organa. Three great examples of leadership in film, and proof that leadership quality is something that can be passed down genetically.

Of the various Star Trek leaders, I have varying answers. I greatly respect the ideals that James T. Kirk stands for but way too many redshirts died under his command. That indicates to me that he's doing something wrong. Now, under Spock's command, I could at least rest assured that, if I died, it would be for a logical reason. I'd also be fairly comfortable serving under Jean-Luc Picard, William Riker, or Kira Nerys.

.
Didn't Spock lose about half his command his first time "in charge"? ;)

Bon Jovi?

Kirk...doing what he always does, turning death into a fighting chance to live...until that Pine wanker took over the role.

Bill "Corn Husker" Adama from GINO and SAD (Stand and Deliver...clearly that Adama woken from cryosleep to inspire urban latinos to learn math).

If your refering to the song from Robin Hood, then it's Brian Adams. Also if you are refering to that song, that was the first thing I thought of when I saw the title of this thread.

Kirk, Adama, Sisko, Picard,Leonidis,Superman(If I was in the Justice League) Tom Hanks in Saving Private ryan and Apollo 13, General Kenobi, General Skywalker(Luke), Robin Hood, Wyatt Earp, Billy the Kid.
