I think Tarantino Trek just died.

I'm sort of relieved that Quentin Tarantino is probably done with Trek. a Star Trek movie with swearing and gratuitous violence "Pulp Fiction in space" really isn't what comes to mind when I think of Star Trek. Surely the true image of Star Trek is to encourage the vision of a peaceful and knowledgable utopian society, something which isn't quite Tarantino's modus operandi.
:guffaw:

sigh

I have seen Picard series, trek is just kind of a mess in writing. the story is generic. say what you want about Tarantino but he is a talented writer which is what these star trek movies needs so they don't fall into the same problems of Picard and discovery

It's not sufficient for you to have posted the same rambling thread in two different forums to complain about the writing in PIC and DISCO* ; you've got to make a post griping about it here**, too?

From the Rules:
-No Spamming. You can't post the same thing multiple times on the board, or post the same thing over and over in a certain thread or forum, or continuously make posts that have no real content or relevance to what is being discussed. Spamming can even just be posting too much--as a general rule, don't post more than two or three threads in a forum within a reasonable length of time. Just posting stuff like "Okay, " or "I agree!" could be spamming. Contribute to a discussion; don't just build post count.

But I really don't need to cite the spamming rule to you, as you've been more than familiar with it during your multi-account tenure on this board and and in your time posting on this very forum.

I mean: How many times have I carefully explained to you what constitutes spamming, how many warnings for spamming have you received, and how many times have you promised you'll never do that again?

Honestly, I've lost count, but--whatever that number is--here's one more to add to your not-insignificant collection:

Warning for spamming. Any and all comments concerning this are to be taken to PM.

* (both wrong forums for threads about multiple series, btw, your recurring need to drag in Christopher Nolan, et al, only compounding the error)
** (also the wrong forum)
