I would probably go for it, but I'm a bit of a dirtbag to be honest.
Things you need to consider:
1) Is she crazy?
Sure, crazy chicks are good in the sack, but sometimes they stab you when you try to break it off. Furthermore, there is also a greater possibility of her outing you during a fight with her husband. "Oh yeah?! Well JIMBOB thinks I'm hot, and his dick makes yours look like a toothpick!" Which brings us to point two...
2) Is her husband crazy?
Or Chuck Norris? Why does she hate him? Is it just that the passion is gone, or is it because he brutally beats every guy that looks at her sideways?
3) Are you looking for a relationship?
If so, forget it, you will only get hurt. Understand that this will almost certainly be a short-term fling.... unless she starts stalking you.
4) Logistics
Ensure that she has thought them through. Does she have an GOOD alibi, every time? If not, she may be trying to get caught (see point 1), and if she gets caught, you may be in serious trouble (see point 2).
5) Pics
This thread is useless without them.
It's too bad she went on and had kids with a man she hates..or at least wasn't exactly happy with. But in any case It doesn't sound as if this chick can take "a few more" years in this marriage. She's gonna have panties all over town. lol I don't know how old the kids are but being in a loveless family environment with an unhappy mom on the prowl is hardly a good situation for them anyway. Who know what the guy is like-I'm not at all implying that he's an angel or not at fault as well. She may as well get out now, if it's at all financially possible.

What ever you do, use protection; she's already had two kids. And don't sign any birth certificate, lest you want ther to leave you and cheat with some guy, leaving you legally bound to pay for the kid.

Well, the Jayson channel is known for never being able to follow a story through. The viewer constantly feels like they're being thrown into a new story without the last one ever being wrapped up and, at times, never again even mentioned.

b) Go for it if you can make sure for yourself that you can separate sex from true feelings. I know that many men say they can but i've seen quite some who fall for the woman
If you can't be 100% sure of b stay the hell away.. that woman is no good in the long run. She already cheated on her husband and you can't be so sure she will really leave her husband.. that she says she'll leave when the kids are bit older is an instant alarm signal for me because few people tend to really separate when they have settled in and have a comfortable life.
Be very aware that you are an accomplice to adultery and you can't be sure that her husband is like she describes him.. for all you know he may be a very decent guy and she's the bitch from hell.
If all that doesn't bother you go for it.. the sex will surely be satisfying.
