Thought I'd share.
So I decided to try and take some more weight off this summer, and was achieving impressive results. Got down to about 215. After a couple of weeks of weaning off, I noticed I was still losing weight. At 210, my face was starting to look a little too thin and sickly. I even decided to step things up, increasing my intake and eat well. I was worried I might be deathly ill with cancer or something.
After a couple of weekends of serious barbecues, 30 ounce ribeyes and wheaty beer, the scale started moving the other way.
I thought to myself "Yes, I gained weight". Then I realized how strange that sounded.
