Never tried any Klingon dishes, but I doubt I can function in the morning without my venti raktajino from Star(trek) Bucks.
Gagh is probably not one of the things i'd like to taste.
I'd like to try hasperat, rokeg blood pie and
the things Worf, Korris and Konmell ate in "Heart of Glory".
And for drinking i would go for Romulan Ale :-)

Romulan ale is illegal!
Those cubes were rumored to be a wide variety of things. Some were said to be dyed marshmallows, others were supposed to be dyed cubed melon and pineapple pieces. Some variation of all of the above is my guess.
Don't know about Klingon food but right now, at 1.18am I could destroy some Chinese food
Living food doesn't agree with me.
Sounds interesting. I'm not sure if I want it, but maybe. 
In-universe, it's an Andorian food called Gristhera which is said to be well liked by many different races, thus explaining why we always see it served at diplomatic functions such as "Journey to Babel".
It's probably not an agreeable experience for the 'living' either.
