You could just eat some wild boar heart, some mealworms, chicken feet/some random crustacean for pipius claw etc. with a glass of fermented blood.

 

Just go to your nearest McDonald’s. The food would be just as good for you.

I think Gagh looks more like Earth worms than mealworms. I think I saw on TV wear there was a place and the people were eating huge earthworms.
Picked pigs feet are supposed to be good.
Chocolate covered ants and grasshoppers can be had.
In Korea you can eat dog, that's sorta like Targ, both are considered pets.
Try some boiled bat in Africa! Yum yum.
Or have some monkey brains or cat brains.
Who needs Klingon food? We have all sorts of interesting food here.

Hahaha. Closest I’ve ever come is when I tried to eat a worm as a child or so I’m told. I’ve not tried them recently.
