You could just eat some wild boar heart, some mealworms, chicken feet/some random crustacean for pipius claw etc. with a glass of fermented blood.
Just go to your nearest McDonald’s. The food would be just as good for you.

I think Gagh looks more like Earth worms than mealworms. I think I saw on TV wear there was a place and the people were eating huge earthworms.
Picked pigs feet are supposed to be good.
Chocolate covered ants and grasshoppers can be had.
In Korea you can eat dog, that's sorta like Targ, both are considered pets.
