I've just realized that I need a hobby that I can do indoors, as it frickin poured rain all weekend and most of my current hobbies are outdoorsy. I read a fair bit and have a new video game, so I managed to pass the time, but I got a little bored. I'd also be happy to receive suggestions for outdoor hobbies, which I will consider in the unlikely event that I ever see the sun again.
One caveat: I am broke (well, I make good money, but I'm directing every extra penny to the destruction of my student loans) so keep it cheap.
Here are a few of my current hobbies/interests for background purposes:
Hiking, irresponsible cycling, walking my awful dog, history, alternative history, classical literature, science fiction, geocaching, camping (drunken) and... I swear there must be more than that...
Tell me what to do with my time!
