Well despite my overly-practical protestations my girlfriend went ahead and bought me the second best gift in the whole world. I am going to Comic-Con! She went on eBay and paid a ton of money for one of the refunded tickets. I have been to Wonder-Con a few times, but this is my first SDCC and I am stoked. We are going Saturday so I better start preparing my list of comics I need.

Just some of the many wonderful reasons I love her:

She watched Blade Runner(both versions) and ST:TMP with me.
She bought me the book on how to speak Klingon.
She's willing to go to a Planetarium and even occasionally a comic book store.
Without her I wouldn't have any socks, shoes, underwear, or pants.
Without her I never would have seen snow or drank a Jamba Juice.
She actually claims she finds bears sexy.
Oh and she makes sure I am not homeless and starving while I am unemployed

Yes, we are actually fairly different.

I like my cartoons and video games and he's obsessed with sports (I like it as well but I am not obsessed with it) and cooking.

He doesn't like horror movies but I managed to drag him to see the newest Friday the 13th movie.

He's Vietnamese, I am American.

I could go on but yeah, we are pretty opposite but get along.

Plus, I'm the cuter one.
