SA, simple question: do writers - novelists, for example - write like you?

Short answer, no. Read other people, see how they write, emulate that. Reading is inexpensive. Why can you simply not write like others write? Books have the right tenses and verbs and whatnot.

Sorry, I get a bit cranky about this because you want to write professionally, but if you don't write properly, it'll never, ever happen. And we have had this discussion before.

I work with deaf people who can write better than I can and I work with some who can't write coherent English. I work with hearing people who can write better than I can and I work with some who can't write coherent English. It's a skill which has to be learned.

ASL has a very very different syntax
for instance:
ME HAVE INTERNET WHERE? HOME ("I have Internet access at home.")

English isn't my first language either. Reading books, texts on the internet and watching movies helped me a lot getting a feel for the language. My recommendation would simply be to practice a lot. Learning a second language can be difficult, but if you're determined enough you should be able to do it.
Personally I think that English grammar isn't all that complicated. Learn the basic structure of a sentence and how to use tenses and your posts will make much more sense. Picking up a textbook on grammar might be a good idea.

I agree with the notion that if you want to pursue your goal of becoming a professional writer you absolutely have to be able to use correct grammar. Otherwise people probably won't even bother to read your scripts.

Right now it takes some effort to decipher your texts. But don't let this discourage you, just keep posting, pay attention to your grammar and I'm sure you'll improve over time.
