I had a disturbing dream

I dreamt that I was an old lady, maybe about 80 years old (almost 30 years in the future) and I was at my computer posting on Trekbbs.

Trekbbs looked almost the same as it does today but only a few posters that are currently here were still around. For example

Candlelight was still posting from New Zealand which annoyed me because he was still, after 30 years, stopping me from being the most southern member of the board.

Roger Wilco was still posting but was located in Scotland so I wasn't sure it was the same Roger Wilco.

T'Bonz was still a admin and SPOCKED was still a mod.

Trek BBS will gain sapience in the years to come and slowly plot the deaths of all posters unworthy of it. Miss Chicken, Candlelight, Roger Wilco (if it's the same one), Spocked and of course T'Bonz will be the only ones found worthy.

I've never dreamed about TrekBBS that I can remember, but I fairly often dream about being alive in the future. I'm never old, though. I'm always the same as I am now (don't say it ).

Naw, that's only at dinner time. And while I do approve of the mixing of food and sex, there was no dining in either dream as I remember.

Actually, the first dream was really hot, but with some one who is absolutely not my type at all. I was quite surprised when I woke up and realized whom I'd just dreamed about. The second dream was about some one here whom I find attractive. We were going to have a foursome with Chief O'Brien and Dax -- though I have no idea why since I'm not attracted to either of them, I would have chosen Bashir and Kira. Unfortunately, we spent so much time talking about what we were going to do and figuring out the logistics that we never got around to any sex. Sex dreams for me are like high school: all foreplay and no action.

NO never dream about tbbs or other web stuff. When you say disturbing...how so? Personally I would take comfort to know that it looks pretty similar to its present config...I really hate change.

If I were to nitpic I'd question the whole 'I was at my computer posting' thing 30 years from now. While I can't offer up an alternative ...I just can't see that.

I once had a dream about a forum, but not TBBS. My town was overrun by zombies and I tried to use a Resident Evil forum I frequent to get a warning out
