Well, I happen to like the "Time is the Fire ..." quote. It suits my fancy ...
Holy crap! That means I'm already OLDER than he was back on Farpoint!Me too!
Another irony is that next year, when they have their 30th anniversary, I will be the same age as Patrick Stewart was when he started playing Picard in 1987 (47!).
I'm guessing retroenzo is very young.
I'm guessing retroenzo is very young.
Well that's younger than me.It depends what you call 'very young'. I'm 41.
I'm 11 years older!Holy crap! That means I'm already OLDER than he was back on Farpoint!
Time is the fire in which we burn.
Whatever hair I kept is in a box under my bed!I'm 11 years older!
(Still have my hair though and it has not turned gray or started to hide from me...)
The 25th Anniversary is 25 years old![]()
Yeah, it's like seeing pictures or videos of your parents when they were young and you are older than them in those pictures of videos...you still feel like a kid in comparison. The weird thing is that William Shatner was 35 when he became Captain Kirk. I am now 58, much older than he was, but when I see him in the show in that role I still feel he is older than me.
At least it was colorful. Not all of us look old for our ages. People consistently underestimate my age by at least 10 years. I guess it helps that I chose to raise cats instead of humans. Most Baby Boomers looked old for their age, stress took a toll on their faces and 70's fashion was terrible
Unless you have a handy time machine... mind you, unless you jump back into your own body, you're only going to be an observer at best."I rather believe than time is a companion who goes with us on the journey, and reminds us to cherish every moment because they'll never come again." Picard, Star Trek: Generations
