I am working on a superman fanfilm!

Outstanding! Superman couldn't have picked a better location, for this outing. Is the actress playing Lois someone you already know, or someone you must find?

Sorry to hear about your asthma. Me mum has always hated the STAR TREK franchise ... she thought it puerile. And Dad was completely indifferent about her knockabout verbosity! David, how has your asthma affected the shooting schedule? Your market for Superman: Santa Cruz awaits, with tomatometers at the ready ...

Well we shoot next year it should be fine ! My asthma won't affect the shooting schedule and I think a bald cap would look Crappy so going to shave my head for Lex.

Hell's Bells and Cockle Shells ...!!!... you're shooting next year? Somehow, this factoid managed to slip past me. No matter. I agree that a skull cap is probably not the solution to presenting Lex' baldness. However, you could just say he's wearing a toupée and keep your hair. You know, I shaved my head once and grew a goatee to complete the look. I wore a black trenchcoat one day, back in Philly and I passed a reporter and cameraman taking opinions on city taxes -- you can imagine what I'd told him! But I believe the reason he stopped me was because of my distinctive look; it made me look tough. I had to get rid of it, though, because my father's bald as a friggin' bat and I didn't fancy looking like him. Not that he's not handsome, he's always looked like Ed Harris. But having a clean cut look is my style. Were I to play in a Superman Fan Film, I supposed I'd be cast as ... uhm ... Whitney Fordman, or somebody like that.

So skytardis, do you have a website you could share with us, with any concept art, story pitches, proposed production timeline, or anything like that?

Kor

I will create a website at some point soon that will be about the fan film like the script storyboards etc.

You seem to be dealing with much recent unpleasantness, David -- I hope you can outrun the bad luck that's been tailing you. Me? I'm actually on the other end of that spectrum myself, these days -- and glad to be. Even so, I can't boast of plans for making my very first Independent Film. You know ... I had a dream last night and when I woke up, I thought -- wow! -- that would make a great movie! Basically, it's about a Man who finds out he can invoke powers of psychokinesis, which he did not, previously, possess. Perhaps, all of my friends here on TrekBBS.com will provide the financing I require to turn this dream into a hit sensation? True, I'm a first time director ... but I'm convinced I'm up to the challenge!
