Why are Tholians superior to female Romulans? Compare the two episodes in question. In one, the female Romulan allows her cloaking device to be stolen while engaging in some questionable finger sex with Spock. In the other, the Tholians confront Spock and very nearly capture the Enterprise. There's no question that, at the very least, Tholians have better tactical sense than female Romulans.

Personally im reasonably happy with the results, however I would have liked to have seen The Mark of Gideon and possibly For the World Is Hollow and I Have Touched the Sky in the top 10.

Im not sure about "The way to Eden" .... Herbert!

But agree that "The Empath" was very good. Strange thing about it, is that (I believe) it was excluded from transmission in the UK for quite a while. I saw it first when I started to buy the series on VHS and couldnt remember it from TV when I was young. However Its become a bit of a favourite of mine. It could have easily placed it in my top ten (of series 3 anyway).
