Humanoids: Who doesn't want of piece of that?

How many different ways, in the entirety of the franchise, has there been for some kind of alien life to feed on or parasite off of humanoids?

I'm mostly a TNG guy, who's dabbled in other series, & even on that series alone there's been the cellular peptide buggers in Phantasms, the interphasic time travelers in Time's Arrow, the Man Of The People guy, The neck buggers in Conspiracy, the Sub Rosa guy, & even the Borg really. I'm probably forgetting a bunch.

If Macrocosm is included in the list - which is just about an infectious disease at the end of the day, even if with a "macrovirus", then probably also DS9's Babel would qualify, after all that nanovirus "consumes" humans, too. Perhaps even also episodes where Prophets or Pah-Wraiths posess humanoids to further their goals , or do these instances not count as "leeching" ?

I count "MACROCOSM" because it did consume elements within the people. Very little, mind you, but it did. That's how they bred and grew from those tiny bugs to large ones.

"BABEL" was a straight up virus, not actually consuming.
