Wouldn't that force real life therapists to drive hours to get to their place of work in order to comply?Yeah, not a good look since she is the station's counselor and likely expected to treat station personnel.
ETA: I anything, her involvement with Bashir would be a problem. Technical, there's no reason for Ezri to have had professional interactions with Worf unless he specifically sought her services.
