Isn't a but debilitating to insist that you couldn't be involved with any person who could potentially be a client? Wouldn't that force real life therapists to drive hours to get to their place of work in order to comply?
ETA: I anything, her involvement with Bashir would be a problem. Technical, there's no reason for Ezri to have had professional interactions with Worf unless he specifically sought her services.
