How would a Dalek play Cricket?

Imagine if the Dalek Empire was so "afraid" of losing again to the 5th Doctor, that they offered a wager on the result of a 5 day cricket match... The winner of which would take the contested planet they're "fighting" over.

I doubt the results would be recognized by any court that could enforce them, since throughout the civilized multiverse the whole thing would be considered to be in incredibly bad taste for reasons that should be obvious to anyone.
