I think I was cursed at birth by somebody with a fucked-up sense of humour, because I combine in one being an encyclopedic memory of song lyrics with a complete inability to sing them.

2-3. I sometimes make sounds that approach actual singing.

Intellectually I know that I'm a horrible singer and yet I'm drawn towards writing songs and singing them. A lot of my idols can't really sing either but I am certainly at the lower end of the spectrum for a basement rocker. Fortunately I'm not trying to set the world on fire anymore, I just make little song doodles to amuse myself.

I'm a 6 or a 7.

I can sing in tune, and I know if i'm even slightly off, but I don't think there is a great deal of character to my voice when singing.
