How to stop saying "I" too much?

More people in your life. Talk about them. Understand their opinions. That kind of thing. One thing I've kinda picked up about you is you may be spending too much time on your own.

There's no need to stop saying the word "I". You just need to work on your choice of wording when forming sentences.

Every time you want to utter a sentence, replace "I" by "nose". Should be a fun exercise!

I'm honestly not understanding what the issue is. Do you want to stop talking about yourself? Do you want alternatives to the word "I" in your sentences (the only other option is 3rd person, which is usually pretty annoying). Or do you not the letter I?

I mean, it's kind of necessary for the english language.

I don't know if you notice this or not, but I decide that I'm going to taking a longer break from computer to redirect all my focus on to find the source of the problem itself that I've been dealing with for a while now.

You of all people, I ask of you, how can I approach this problem to stop myself saying "I" too much? Saying "I" has becoming so damn annoying for me to hearing it, so what can I do to eliminate that?

You could just stop talking so much about yourself and talk about other things instead. That would probably solve the problem. Unless there's something here I'm not understanding ...
