How to Get Image URL?

I have three images I'd like to add to a thread, and they're saved to my desktop. Apparently uploads aren't permitted, but I do not know of a way to obtain the image URL if it's saved to my laptop. How do I add these images to the desired thread?

This would normally go into the Questions Forum at the bottom of the main page.

You CAN upload images if you upgrade to a Premium membership. I think it's only $25 a year (or something close to that).

Otherwise, you need to set up an image hosting account (such as imgur) which would host your photos, and them give them a URL.
