The closest we get AFAIK is Kirk saying Spock is "much stronger than the ordinary human being" in TOS "This Side of Paradise". Vulcans on the average are thrice as strong as humans according to "Take Me Out to the Holosuite"; whether "much" rivals or exceeds "thrice" is not easy to determine.
The expression "on the average" from the DS9 episode might be taken to involve a wide range of strengths. We have not seen T'Pol perform feats of superhuman strength even in occasions of need - but OTOH it seems that Sarek had incredibly strong arms, significantly more than thrice as strong as those of burly humans, in "Journey to Babel" when throwing that Tellarite diplomat across the room without even putting his back into it...
