You know, their own spin off show might become repetitive, and the joke might wear thin, but hell I'd be willing to take that chance!

How about a half hour drama/sitcom for early Saturday evenings...

And you never know, their good friend the Doctor might drop round from time to time...

And I'm not sure that Strax was actually dead so much as he was in a two-day long healing coma. Which suggests that Strax doesn't have brain damage (as "The Snowmen" states); he's actually a bit dim.
