How old was Spock when he died?

There's circumstantial evidence that Spock's reaging on Genesis after his resurrection overaged him. Notably in the Deadly Years Spock doesn't visibly age despite having his age accelerated, yet in the TOS movies he is visibly older which contradicts that. If you kind of just ignore Spock's older look in TMP and WoK, it makes more sense that Genesis overaged him and while he did live to about 162, he might have lived longer if he hadn't died and resurrected as even with his human heritage humans are shown to have greater longevity in Trek (McCoy got to at least 137 and Crusher was still fertile in her 50s)

His hair starts to go gray and they added age lines to his face. So he is visibly aging in TDY.

Wut?
STOCKER: Yes, but you're a Vulcan. You have a much greater life span. You show the affects to a much smaller degree.
SPOCK: I'm half human, sir. My physical reflexes are down, my mental capacity is reduced. I tire easily. No, sir. I am not fit for command.
