Fusion power on human scale is impossible, there's no way a fusion reaction can be kept going, why do you think Jupiter is a gas giant and not a star, its just far more difficult than people realise to start a fusion reaction. Therefore I estimate we will never have fusion power, maybe one day in a quarter of a million years something could come of it but I doubt we'll be here that far in the future.
