How many people play their states lottery in some way?

What do those tickets cost? How long ago did you start doing that? Are you still doing it?

I will play occasionally when the jackpot is huge or when the urge strikes me. $1 is a small price to pay for a day or two of fantasy if I don't win, and if I do win, it was well worth it. I figure that I will win exactly what I am meant to win, so the odds don't really enter my mind. It's definitely not my retirement strategy, though.

I play the state lottery twice per week. It's $104 per year, which I really don't miss all that much, and the truth is that the only thing I really lose by not playing at all is a chance at winning.
