1) Why did the Silence blow up the Tardis in the last series?

2) Why did they want the Doctor to meet Amy?

3) Why did the Silence need a space-suit for the little girl?

4) Why is she important to the Silence?

5) Who is the little girl?

6) Why can she regenerate?

7) Why is Amy having an on/off pregnancy?

8) Who is River Song?

9) What terrible crime did she commit?

10) What is the 1102 Doctor trying to set up or avoid with his actions at the start of The Impossible Astronaut?

11) Who is the (eye-patch) Woman in Amy's dream?

12) Who was the caretaker talking to outside the door?

13) at this point in time have the silence already blown up the Tardis from their perspective?

14) Who is the (eye-patch) woman in amy's dream talking to?

15) Who wrote the letters? Was it really the future Doctor?

16) Are The Silence and the Pandorica connected? Prisoner Zero gave a prophesy that implied this. But if so, how?

I thought that was the implication we were suppose to draw from them saying "Silence will fail" just before it blew up and the Doctor saying at the end that he needed to work out who they were - plus the flashback in this week's episodes to all of the references to them in the last series?

Plus I think Moffat himself makes that link in an interview?

BUT ... the voice that says, "Silence will fall!" is clearly not the voice of a Silent. Something more is going on here.

Was it meant for the little girl to fly using Time-lord DNA or something? Also I notice on Wikia, they claim that

This may be the first "appearance" of The Silence -- as during Amy's conversation with the Doctor (immediatly after the Time Loop at the football game) she looks off to her right and is startled. Then, after turning away and blinking, she seemingly forgets.

Anyone able to confirm that?

I assume this was answered when the TARDIS landed in the lair of the Silence and the Doctor came out saying, "Oh ... interesting! Fairhaven Row, seen one of these before. Abandoned ... wonder how that happened? Oh well, I suppose I'm about to find out." He then goes on to execute his plan to chase the Silence away. Forty or so years later, the Lodger TARDIS was looking for a human pilot because they're the only ones available. Most of the Silence are now gone (well, except for at least one hanging out at Lake Powell).

C'mon Moffat, deliver the goods this season! Don't make it so complicated you wind up bungling it all!

I dont believe the Silence blew up the tardis at all, or at least not alone. There is another as yet unseen person(s) involved. Whoever it was would have to expertly know the Tardis and be able to follow it through time and space. My thought is it is Omega working in conjuction with the Silence. Omega was in his antimatter universe when the Timelords were wiped out so he could still be around. I think we have a surprise 'Big Bad' in store for us.

Also, the little girl could have been groomed by the Silence to manifest Omega, in much the same way Omega tryed to manifest into the real universe in 'Arc of Infinity' timelord DNA is key. The Loger Tardis would fit into this as well, Omega had a Tardis in 'Arc of Infinity'. To me, Omega makes the most sense. The 1103 Doctor for some reason needed to sacrifice himself to stop Omega.

I'm not saying you're wrong, but I don't remember that detail, where was that in the episode?

It's weird I don't know where I've just got that idea from! It's clearly stated in the episode that the ship crashed and that the pilots were killed but the three day bit...???? I've just seen it somewhere while checking but now can't find it.

Also I checked and there *is* a bit where Amy could be looking at a member of the Silence, she looks, looks startled and then looks away and shakes her head.

Edit: It's mentioned in the wikipedia article but I can't find anything in the episode to support that reading.

Probably, but was that the real future doctor or a fictitious, alternate timeline that is just for show.
