This is a Reeses Pieces Sundae from Friendly's ice cream restaurant thingie.
It is vanilla ice cream with peanut butter sauce, hot fudge and marshmallow sauce. And reeces pieces. Actually you can order any ice cream with this though obviously vanilla is best but I remember once when I was working at a Friendlys some kid ordered this thing with boysenberry and peppermint and orange sherbet which would have been been impressively gross.
Anyway. With vanilla this thing is a work of culinary art. The marshmallow sauce is thick and whipped..

"Junk Food Pizza", apparently. It looks like your standard pepperoni pizza which has then been covered with onion rings, mini tacos, mini pizzas, mini mozzarella sticks, and possibly jalapeño poppers.
A pizza covered in mini pizzas.. isn't that a tautology? Or at the very least a temporal paradox?
