Yes, I'm absolutely sure of that. It's why I picked it as my avatar. I only asked you because you seem to have an infinite Janeway collection. I don't want to make things difficult for you. I'm trying to find it myself.

Depends on what site you are using to store your gifs or pics. They will have a link you copy. On Photobucket you use the link that says img and on flickr you use the link that says BB code. Flickr doesn't store animated gifs so I use Photobucket for those. Flickr is great for making albums, usability etc.. though.
 
Well Photobucket and flickr are free, though with flickr you only get 250 pics. I've paid for it to have indefinite because I find it so useful, but there are plenty of free limitless ones available. That way you can save all the pics you love in google images and post them :)
 
Heh, I love my flickr account, thousands of photos I've taken and not having to worry about the computer crashing or something getting stolen and losing them.

Didn't The Office have the same debate about Hilary Swank? "She is attractive...but she is not hot."

I would fall on the "Attractive, not hot" side for Mulgrew as well. But that's not a bad thing. It means she doesn't go out of her way to exhibit her attractiveness.
 
We all have different opinions on what is considered hot, sexy, and attractive. For example, I know that Seven Of Nine is considered to be the hottest woman on Voyager but I think she is too stereotypical in looks: blonde hair, curvy yet slim figure. The "ideal" woman as society tells us. With Janeway it's not just about her looks, her personality is sexy. The way she carries herself and the confidence she projects.
