Do you have a book about the lesions? Do you have the immunobiology book? Do you have that aircraft guide?
One of my fav series of lectures from the Teaching Company is the history of medicine through biography over the last 2500 years. 
As for a book on "Janeway lesions" ... (Sounds like a STD primer from the EMH) not specifically, but they are in some of my books.
But your complaint about the ebay spies is mine too. Just because I buy a set of luggage, doesn't mean I want to know about every OTHER set of luggage on sale.

I think I have that entire presentation I taped on VHS somewhere...along with many episodes of Voyager, and the preview show for Voyager hosted by Robert Picardo (which got me really excited). I think I've seen that preview more than I've seen any one episode of Voyager!
Oh, and remember that awful UPN network ID animation. Ugh.

I just saw Chris Pine's exceedingly beautiful face advertising Armani Code for men. I almost wanted to buy it just like I almost wanted to by Adventure by Davidoff when Obi-Wan Kenobi was advertising it. Anyway, I want to see KM in her Red hair advertising something really cool, her BEAUTIFUL FACE on the side of buses.
