...Rory has been erased from time?
11th Hour: The Doctor used Rory's phone to write the Zero Virus, which ultimately led the Atraxi to the source of the virus and allowed them to capture Prisoner Zero. Also, it was Rory that drove Amy to the hospital while the Doctor ran off to use Jeff's laptop. And he had the pictures of all of Prisoner Zero's disguises.
Flesh and Stone: Did they return to Amy's house at the end, since she no longer had to show him what she was running from? Does Amy have any memory of snogging and trying to seduce the Doctor? (Sure, she could have tried that at any time elsewhere, who could blame her?
)
Vampires of Venice: Did this episode even happen now? The only reason they went to Venice was because it was a "wedding present". So did the fish people manage to sink Venice and save their race?
Amy's Choice: Wouldn't have happened either, since Amy no longer has that choice to make.
Hungry Earth and Cold Blood: It was Rory who helped the Doctor capture Alaya, and whose added push helped the Doctor and Ambrose unstick the church door when they were trapped outside. Would Alaya's body have been returned if Rory hadn't insisted on it? And most importantly, would Alaya's shot have hit the Doctor?
Thinking back on this, Rory had a pretty big influence on some of their past adventures. I wonder what sort of memories Amy has now of these events?
