Per some Jewish scholars, Rabbi Yeshua was very real and was just a normal human being who blasphemed per Jewish doctrine by claiming that the covenant between God and the Hebrew tribe was NOT only meant for the Hebrew tribe but rather, was for all of God's children, even the hated Romans.
That is supposed to be why he was crucified. It may also explain why there are so many "Jews" of European ancestry that aren't actually Hebrew (or have very little Hebrew DNA). There may have been two competing proselytizing movements at play at the same time. One that became what we call Christianity and the other that simply spread Judaism to people that weren't born Hebrew...
