How do you wear your watch

How do you wear your watch?

Attached to a loose neck-strap, same place as my name badge. :bolian: So, um, none of the above, really. ;)

Outside of my right wrist - doesn't feel quite right on my left, as I invariably end up checking my right anyway.

Of course, when not at work, it fits neatly on the dorsal surface of my left wrist. No, I don't hold a hot or cold drink with that hand at the same time. :guffaw:

Of course, when am I never at work? ;) [<insert imaginary clever and witty rejoinder here> - <insert imaginary anonymous respondent here>]

I'm not allowed to wear a watch on my wrist at work and I never wear one outside of work anyway because I use my mobile for the time.

It used to be that not having a watch on gave me that "missing" feeling like when my wallet isn't in my pocket or I forget my wedding ring beside the sink, but not for a long time now.

As a right handed person, I have it on the outside on the right. For one strange reason or another, I have never liked my watch on my left wrist, but I don't know why.

I'm a lefty, and wear my watch on my left hand. The other way feels so unnatural...

Same here. As a righter I use my right hand more, so if I want to check the time it feels natural to use my right hand/arm to do so

I currently don't wear a watch, but am overdue to buy a new one. When I have worn one, as I'm right-handed, I've worn it on my left wrist with the face outside. -- RR

outside on the right
I'm a lefty so it just feels weird on the left hand

I'm right-handed but wear my watch on my right wrist. I don't know why, but I never learned how to work the clasp right-handed...it comes a lot easier with my left!

As for where it sits...it's pretty loose. I have a very thin wrist, so it would take a lot to get enough links out where it would actually sit tight.

I wear my watch on my left hand and facing inward towards me. It just feels more natural to have it facing me than outwards, I guess. Plus, it seems more subtle to look at than if i had to raise my arm and twist it to face me.

Does anyone here use the Gianni Agnelli method of wearing the watch outside the shirt sleeve? :D
Actually, when I go out for a run and have several layers on, I will either try keeping fastening my watch outside my coat or very high up on my wrist, outside my glooves.
