Tea, Earl Grey, hot, as well as tea, Earl Grey, iced.
I also like English or Irish Breakfast, hot. Every now and then I like oolong, though usually I mix it with a black tea.
Whether hot or iced, I make it in a pot - loose tea and boiling water, just like in the old country, even though my "old country" is actually California. Now that I've discovered real tea, I hope I never have to go back to the cheap stuff in a teabag ever again.
Whether hot or iced, Earl Grey or not, I like it plain - no sugar, no milk, usually no honey unless the tea is a bit bitter. Sometimes a little fresh mint is nice, but that's it. Nuthin' else.
Every now and then, I've been known to drink chamomile. But I simply loathe fruity teas, so all you restaurants out there who keep offering me raspberry tea or peach tea or mango tea...please, please, please cut it out! Well, I take that back: You don't have to cut it out, but please don't replace real tea with that raspberry/peach/mango stuff.
