I don't see what the problem is. Unless your mother is one of those "Not under my roof" sort of people, you're an adult, she's an adult, then it should be understood that if you have a girlfriend sex is going to happen, as should if your mum has a bloke sex will happen.

Just wanted to say don't do it in your car. You think you're in a totally isolated place and then a cop knocks on the window and it's a massive scramble to get clothes on. So I've heard.
