How big is the universe?

Inflating into what?
Eventually into nothingness if "The Big Rip" theory turns out to be true. According to it, the Universe will continue to expand until it reaches a point where matter can no longer hold together and it becomes a cold dark void with no more stars and planets.
Is the Star Trek universe bigger than the real universe?
There are definitely other planes of existence in the Star Trek Universe, but otherwise, I think it's considered the same size--roughly that our Galaxy is just one of many billions in a greater whole.
That zooming in thing was spooky BTW. Like being dropped out of a plane into the ocean. I was too scared to go all the way down to the smallest thing.
Do it. It's fun. Just be mindful of the ant...

Is Trek an AU dimension? Is the universe still expanding or has it started shrinking or both and neither? Does space/time exist if there is noone there to see it or measure it, or is it impossible to be seen or measured as you say? What is non-existance? Is it death? Spock mentioned non-existance in one episode.

Trek is a fictional universe. They make stuff up as they go along.
