Excellent episode, though I'm really starting to wonder how many times they can use the "House as patient" gimmick. Yeah, he's a doctor, but also a patient because of an injury/gunshot/bus crash/drug overdose/infarction/electrocution/etc/etc/etc! It's been interesting every time, but I mean they really keep going to this well and it's become cliche. Thankfully it was used well here and not really emphasized as much as in prior episodes.
