House cast member departing

According to TV Guide, her absence is only going to be temporary... whatever that means.

Personally, I really couldn't care less either way. I watch only for House, Wilson, and slightly less-so for Cuddy. Keep those three, and I'm good.

^What she said. I like Cameron, but she got boring. There was nothing for her to do once the new doclings came aboard.

As long as House, Wilson, and Cuddy are on, I'm good.
 
She had, frankly, become superfluous. For that matter, Chase is also superfluous. I'm not unhappy at this development.
 
Did anyone here actually read the article? She is leaving, she will no longer be on the show. However she is not being killed off so she will come back once in a blue moon and do an episode.

Really they need to fire a lot more people, like 13. The only ones I would keep are House, Whison, Cuddy, and maybe the newer bald guy.
 
That sucks. 13 needs to go. Foreman needs to go. Hell, even Cuddy can go, as far as I'm concerned. I really like Cameron and Chase.

They've been making some bad decisions on this show, lately. :(
 
Damnit. I much rather have 13 or Foreman leave. And I'll be very annoyed if this ends with Chase and Cameron separating. My only hope is that Cameron gets pregnant, takes maternity leave, and decides she likes being a stay-home mom.
 
That would work for me. I do agree, though, that House and Wilson are the show's greatest strengths. I remain supremely disappointed that, in the episode where whatshisname took House and the others hostage in Cuddy's office that it wasn't Wilson in there with House instead of thirteen. Of course, it had to be thirteen. :rolleyes: Wilson wasn't so far removed from Amber's death. I can see him injecting himself with the drugs and House going nuts over him putting himself in harm's way. Now that would have hit all the right notes.

That was what I took from the 'do the math' line in the article. I certainly hope they're not splitting up.

Well, I can't stand the name 13. As if House would ever let that slide.
 
Cameron and Chase have been dead weight since season four, it's time to get rid of them, this is a nice start.

And why is everyone so hateful on Thirteen?

Sure, last season focused a bit much on her, her relationship with Forman and her Hutchingtons, but overall I don't see what's wrong with her. Hell, Cameron annoys me far more.

No I think divorce is clearly going to happen considerign they should have never gotten married to begin with.
 
The problem with Thirteen is that she's hot and bisexual which means that the chances are high she's not going anywhere (just have her kiss another woman and bingo increased key demos).

As for the loss of Cameron - oh well. If they have her divorce Chase at least he let her keep her husband's stuff.

While I don't have problem with hot women (though I don't find Thirteen especially hot), I do have a deep seated loathing of female characters obviously inserted just to appeal to the drooling caveman demographic.

EDIT: funny how leaving out one word completely changes the sentence.
