But it wasn't a big snake. It was only three foot long.
Here is where our definitions of 'big snake' differ... We don't get many snakes in Colorado, so the biggest snake I've seen in the wild was probably 2 feet long at the most. I was told it was a bull snake which isn't dangerous at all, but it still scared the crap out of me.
Bull snakes, although giving one the willies, are great to have around. They eat mice and rats. I've encountered one that was well over 11' long. I couldn't pick my legs up high enough, although he just wanted to get away from me. I admire and respect them, but.....YEESH!
I'd say, "I've had it with these motherfuckin' snakes on the motherfuckin' can."
